Enhanced design performance

‘Change layer’ and ‘change width’ features offer correct via selection (as a result of continuous DRC maintenance) to produce high quality layout efficiently. UniEdit exits Poly gates, adds vias and changes track width to pin to support effective foot printing.

  • Automatic guard ring generation and strapping (which are DRC/LVS clean) connected to any specified net (via arrays are inserted accordingly).
  • Supports concentric guard rings (N+, P+).
  • Automatic workround of guard ring obstructions.
