Privacy Policy

At Pulsic, we respect your privacy and we want to be clear on how we use your data. We will only use any registration information as you have requested. We use SalesForce.com to manage Customer, Sales and Marketing activities. We use Google G-Suite only for our internal and external communications and document sharing.

Marketing Information

All marketing is currently opt-in up to 25th May 2018. If we hold information about you, you will be contacted before this date to reaffirm your marketing preferences. If you choose not to respond we will consider this an opt-out and will delete your information. If, after this date, you wish to change your marketing preferences, click any of the links in our emails or email sales@pulsic.com with your wishes and we will act upon your request.

Access to Marketing data is limited to the Marketing and Sales team.

Any other inquires about your data, please use the same sales@pulsic.com address and your request will be responded to within 30 days.

Customer Support Information

We hold contact details as part of our internal support database. If you wish to change any of the information or view information held by Pulsic, please login to support.pulsic.com with your account details, or email us at sales@pulsic.com with your requests.

Our support site will send out automated email notifications (Using our Google GSuite service). To update your notification preferences please login to your Pulsic Support Site account, or email sales@pulsic.com.

Access to support contact information is limited to the Pulsic Support Team. The website is also firewalled away from the internet – with only customer site IP ranges allowed access to the website.

We will not pass this information onto any additional 3rd parties.

Your Rights To Your Data

  • In compliance with GDPR you have the rights to request access, modify or remove any data we hold about you in our marketing database and systems and our support

Pulsic U.S. and the Privacy Shield Framework

 For our operations in the United States, Pulsic participates in, and has certified its compliance with, the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. We are committed to subjecting all Personal Information received from European Union (EU) member countries to the Privacy Shield Framework’s applicable Principles. To learn more about the Privacy Shield Frameworks, please visit the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Privacy Shield website: https://www.privacyshield.gov/welcome. A list of Privacy Shield participants is maintained by the Department of Commerce and is available at: https://www.privacyshield.gov/list.

Pulsic is responsible for the processing of Personal Information it receives under each Privacy Shield Framework and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. We comply with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions. Pulsic requires third parties to which it discloses Personal Information to protect Personal Information using substantially similar standards to those required by Pulsic and at least the same level of privacy protection as is required by the Privacy Shield Frameworks and this Privacy Policy.

With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Frameworks, we are subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

If your Personal Information was received in reliance on either Privacy Shield Framework and you have a privacy or data use concern that we may not have addressed satisfactorily, please contact our U.S. based operation in the first instance at privacy@pulsic.com who, after any failure to resolve your concerns, shall pass it on to our third party dispute resolution provider at no cost to you. Under certain conditions, more fully described on the Privacy Shield website, https://www.privacyshield.gov/article?id=How-to-Submit-a-Complaint, you may be entitled to invoke binding arbitration after all other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.
