Pulsic is a young and innovative company that develops, markets and sells software to the world’s largest and most ubiquitous semiconductor companies across the globe.

Its portfolio of physical design software, called Unity, is used to layout ICs in the custom design market, the most demanding segment of the EDA software industry.

Pulsic wishes to recruit an experienced, yet energetic and enthusiastic Product Marketing Manager. Based in Santa Clara, CA, the role presents an opportunity for someone to make a significant difference in the product and brand awareness of Pulsic in the EDA software market, and to work across all functional teams a U.K. headquartered company with operations in the U.S., Europe and Asia.

Position Summary:

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for strategic and tactical marketing communications and demand generation initiatives for Pulsic’s Unity portfolio of custom design automation software for the IC design business segment.

You will work with the field and corporate teams, to develop and execute product and marketing program messaging, lead/demand generation promotions, product launch materials, training, collateral and sales tools to support the sale of Pulsic’s technology.

The ideal candidate will bring with them a proven track record of assisting organizations in creating, deploying, and measuring the success of diverse communications media. Specifically, this role is responsible for product messaging and positioning, lead generation campaigns, trade show organization and management, development of sales support materials, website presentation, seminars and webinars, competitive intelligence and positioning.

Desired Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing in the technology industry, preferably with a software company with emphasis on B2B product marketing programs
  • Experience working closely with sales and customers to understand their needs
  • Proven ability to co-ordinate and drive lead generation campaigns through email, press and PR, webinars and seminars
  • Proven strategic thinker with exceptional planning capabilities
  • Management and co-ordination of trade show logistics
  • 4-year college degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related area
